Victoria read Law at Oxford University and completed the Bar Vocational Course at the Inns of Court School of Law as a scholar of Lincoln's Inn. She is a member of the Midlands and South Eastern Circuits.

Victoria enjoys a wide ranging common law practice incorporating work drawn from all areas of Chambers’ practice groups.

Her primary experience is in family law, in particular, children work both within public and private proceedings.

Outside of her children law practice, Victoria is regularly instructed in injunction applications arising from domestic violence. She also has some experience in ancillary relief and claims brought under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act.

In all areas of her family practice, Victoria strives to offer a service to clients which is simultaneously robust and sensitive to the emotional difficulties inherent in family cases.

Victoria also has a mixed court/ paperwork civil practice which incorporates all aspects of Personal Injury work as well as an extensive range of other civil disputes.

Additionally, Victoria has substantial experience representing Appellants at the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal

Victoria also appears at Employment Tribunals on behalf of both Claimants and Defendants.

Further, Victoria has a keen interest in education law and has experience in this area both in an advisory capacity and as a clerk to the independent appeal panel.

Victoria benefited from a pupillage in Chambers which exposed her to a wide range of criminal work and the opportunity to develop her advocacy and case preparation style under the guidance of highly experienced criminal practitioners. Since this time she has honed these skills by appearing regularly in both the Magistrates and Crown Court, for both prosecution and defence.
