Cathy is a highly-skilled and acknowledged expert in Family Law.  She regularly appears in the High Court where her skill in cross-examination has led to her acting in many of the most serious and complicated cases.  She is called on to act for all parties, including of course the child(ren).

She is a popular choice in the 'big money' ancillary relief cases, usually involving complex business accounts, where her negotiating skills have been noted.

She has long, and ever up-to-date, expertise in the many and varied Family cases with an international element, including, of course, Hague Convention and other abduction cases.

She sits as a Recorder in Crime, Family and Care and is head of Chambers’ Family Team.
