The Employment Group at 36 Bedford Row provides advice and representation in all aspects of employment law. Whilst the group includes three part-time Chairmen of Employment Tribunals (including one Queen's Counsel), participation is at all levels of call.

Although the Group is perhaps particularly strong in areas of sex and race discrimination, members are just as likely to be practising in the criminal courts in health and safety prosecutions, or in the civil courts in workplace stress, p.h.i. and other cases.

The Group has a strong local authority client base, especially in the East Midlands.
